Kym Rock, 7 Time World Karate Champion and Founder of Fight Like a Girl (FLAG) is coming to Canon City, CO on April 12th, 2012.

We are co-hosting a FLAG Personal Violence Prevention Seminar with her. Kym is a survivor of domestic violence. She developed the FLAG program to give women and girls the skills and awareness they need to get out of a dangerous situation.

Domestic violence, abuse, kidnappings, physical and sexual assaults are all on the rise. No one plans to become a statistic. You can make a difference for yourself or someone else.
